jetbeez Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Obligations

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the jetbeez platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria set out below at all times during your use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the jetbeez platform. jetbeez operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be reversed to the extent possible, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not permitted to use the jetbeez platform.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The jetbeez platform is directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jetbeez platform is lawful in your location. jetbeez does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from the jetbeez platform or from any responsible gaming programme that covers online gambling, you are not eligible to register a new account or resume use of an existing account until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and the relevant reinstatement process has been completed through our support team at [email protected].

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the jetbeez platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jetbeez. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetbeez reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from real-money deposits.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party under any circumstances. jetbeez will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jetbeez is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage — including before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card or passport) and, where requested, proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.5 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account accordingly or notify the support team. jetbeez is not responsible for communications or transactions affected by outdated account information provided by the player.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jetbeez accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on the jetbeez platform is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. jetbeez reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's jetbeez wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, players should contact [email protected] with transaction reference details.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players may only withdraw to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed as quickly as technically possible and are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended if KYC documentation is outstanding or if additional verification is required.

4.6 Currency and Exchange

All player accounts on jetbeez are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka. jetbeez does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions made using international payment methods (such as Visa or Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion by the card issuer; any resulting exchange fees are the responsibility of the player.

4.7 Fraud Prevention

jetbeez employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of all financial transactions. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent, including chargebacks initiated by a player, will result in immediate suspension of the affected account pending investigation. Confirmed fraud will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by jetbeez are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, time limits, or account status requirements. jetbeez reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only; players who demonstrate patterns of systematic bonus exploitation may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Where a new deposit triggers a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active, the existing bonus terms will continue to apply until completion or expiry.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account without compensation. Players are responsible for noting and acting within applicable expiry windows.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jetbeez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified but before the bonus has been credited, jetbeez will use reasonable endeavours to honour the commitment. Ongoing wagering requirements attached to an already-credited bonus will remain in effect.

6.1 General Obligations

By using the jetbeez platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and in your place of residence. You agree to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbeez platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or wagering on events in which the outcome is known or influenced in advance
• Using the jetbeez platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while representing yourself as a Bangladesh-based player

6.3 Responsible Conduct

jetbeez encourages all players to engage with the platform responsibly. The Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — are provided to support players in maintaining healthy gambling habits. 7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jetbeez account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jetbeez will process any verified outstanding balance to your registered payment method before closing the account, provided that all wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met and KYC verification is complete. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by jetbeez

jetbeez reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6.2
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy set out below
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jetbeez will attempt to contact the account holder at their registered email address before classifying the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee in accordance with prevailing policy. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the jetbeez platform as a responsible gaming measure may request self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in a range of durations. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed to real-money activity and no new accounts may be registered. 8.1 Platform Availability

jetbeez endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jetbeez will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, including losses of potential winnings resulting from games that could not be completed due to a technical fault.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While jetbeez makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the platform — including odds, game results, account balances, and promotional details — is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error that results in an incorrect payment or credited bonus, jetbeez reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment, regardless of whether the error was made by jetbeez, a game provider, or a data supplier.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on jetbeez are supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jetbeez is not responsible for malfunctions, connectivity interruptions, or errors originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, the game provider's dispute resolution process will apply, and jetbeez will act as a facilitator in communicating the outcome to the affected player.

8.4 Player Decisions

Gambling involves financial risk. All decisions to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds are made by the player at their own discretion and risk. jetbeez provides a platform for entertainment and does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.
